Featuring: Gary Versace, piano; Martin Wind, bass; and Jon Wikan, drums Mar 9, 7:30 PM Jewett
More info

The Invisible Sounds Project evolved out of a long-standing musical collaboration that Ingrid Jensen, trumpet and electronics, and Steve Treseler, tenor saxophone, began in the Pacific Northwest almost a decade ago. The music for this project is a mix of re-workings of the late great Kenny Wheeler’s compositions, combined with original works by Ingrid and Steve.

The spirited band, who received rave reviews for their latest release, will play with the openness of free flowing improvisation that Wheeler and his musical partners made popular generations ago, using intricate compositions and wide open spaces to explore their long-standing musical relationships, all the while paying tribute to a great master, Kenny Wheeler.

Reservations are required for this event. Please email to reserve your ticket.
